Along with the hugely successful Yorkshire and North West flexible employers working events where we had over 100 senior HR professionals attend. They talked openly and honestly about the struggles and successes around flexible working and returners. This gives MMB Magazine an unrivalled insight into both sides of the returner journey.

we have combined our knowledge and insight to deliver a unique and bespoke returner programme. That fits individual businesses regardless of their size.

Our MMB Returner program will support businesses and returners through this process by focusing on the human element of the process which can be lost in a one size fits all policy. By offering this support to employers and employees through their transition process, it will not only help support the returner, but increase diversity and have a high return on investment on future talent attraction and retention.

We measure the transition over 4 key stages via our bespoke programmes including supporting the highly significant management relationship that is paramount in retaining returners, along with our parent handbook that support a working parent though their maternity/paternity leave through to coming back to work.
